I think this is a test.

Last night I read Ganeida's blog about peace.
This morning I read
Matthew 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Then I got the bill from Elvins. Humbug.

I don't mind forgiving people, but I want them to know that I know they did wrong and I'm forgiving them because I'm a good Christian. haha.

So you know I'm struggling with the issue, but either way I have an easy 'out' - I'll see what Bob says. Sometimes it's good to be a woman. :-D

Forgiveness is the key dear one. If Jesus an forgive us every time we come to Him and ask for His forgiveness then we can do the same when we have been wronged by others.
The Amish forgave that school shooter and even helped his family in coping when in reality they could have done the exact opposite.
It's very humbling.

It's good to be a submissive wife. Run the idea or issue by the hubby and let him say 'yea' or 'nay' and be done with it :)

Hallelujah for Wednesday! Hope you are having a blessed one!
I need to get dinner started soon.

Hugs,
Dawn

Laughing out loud here. Sorry, my love but that is too, too funny & it's not the first time I've done it to you. I bet you're wondering what's going to slap you in the face next time you visit?

I hate it when people rip you off just because they can. It's a pain. Never mind. It will all come right in the wash.

Yeah, it is pretty funny. I told you a long time ago that you challenge me. :-)
The conclusion gets its own post.
