Taryn was wrong

Back when Taryn was about 2, she wanted a baby sister. And then 2 boys. And then "girl, boy; flip, flop." When the next baby was a girl it was pretty cool. Then we had two boys in a row; interesting. Then a girl. So we expected William to be a boy, but the ultrasound indicted a girl, but then he was (is) a boy. So we really were confident that Taryn had it pegged and this one is a girl.

But today we saw clear evidence to the contrary.
I keep playing the video over in my mind to see if it could have been anything else, but I don't know what it would be if not THAT. The ultrasound is the clearest we've seen, so there is little mistaking it for a loop of umbilical cord, or much anything else.

So back to the name lists we go.

lol. That is very funny. We'd have been in all sorts of trouble if the scan had been wrong about Ditz. Have you a sort list of names yet? What's at the top?

I'm going to wait this one out... After all, Taryn's been right all this time. :-)

Cool story.

We don't have a short list! We had the girl name left over from William, and never looked at boys' names yet. It's good we have 4 1/2 months. Last night we tried to start thinking, but didn't get very far.

Wil, We are prepared for things to change on us again, but if it does we will never believe another ultrasound. :-)

That first paragraph confused me totally! Just simplify and do like the olden days - pick a boys's name & pick a girl's name. End of story.

Sorry to be confusing.
We used to have one of each name, but lately we've run short on ideas so it's easier to just have to pick one name.
